Besides, even if you do explore, it couldn't hurt to get a 2nd MP in the process, evolve them both, and shuffle their skills. If you had to choose one now though, MP would have more benefits. If you can 3 star all of map 10 in Torment mode, then you can start exploring for Magical Puppeteer scraps and essentially evolve both. MP needs to stay alive to use its skills to its full potential, where as Princess Sakura does a majority of her effectiveness the moment she is played. At level 20, Magical Puppeteer has 2180HP while at level 10 has Princess Sakura has 2100 HP.Ĭards tend to do about 1000-1100 damage average at the level 20 range, so the more you can push it out of 1 hit + spell damage range, the better. So all the Seraphs had over 2100 health, damage limit of 130, exiled everything without resist, and one was reflecting damage from all non-physical sources. No joke on level 13-4 at ***, the computer opponent had in the first few rounds an active Ice Shield Rune limiting damage to 130, A healing buff rune active, and Three Seraphs with the following abilities: Hero Heal of 300, Reflect damage, and buff kingdom cards for 350. They start getting to be higher levels and usually get a fourth ability by this point. That being said, Seraph is the MOST broken card, especially on map levels 11 and higher. ![]() Sniper is great because it can remove the weakened cards BEFORE they can heal AND it bypasses reflection and ice/water shields.Īttack buffs are obvious, but they are stopped by ice shields. Explosion, Sniper, and Attack buff runes are good too.Įxplosion is good because it USUALLY by passes reflection and damage reduction abilities. I find the Ice Shield, Trap, Burn, and Direct Hero damage runes tend to be the most useful. So, ignore all the "If opponent has more than one hell/wilderness cards" UNLESS you are hitting a wall with a nasty combo like Three Dark Punishers that are level 17 and all have healing or trap abilities. Not a lot of broken wilderness or hell cards I've seen the computer use. I've learned that A LOT of the cheesy/near-cheater cards are kingdom or forest (Seraphs, Dream Guardian, and Princess Sakura especially). I started playing LoA about 3 months ago, I love playing it while listening to audible books or podcasts. Levels 16 - 20 can wait unless you have the resources. Make sure the trigger criteria will be met also - for example there's one for '2 or more wilderness in cemetery' so you'd probably want a majority of wilderness cards to ensure it's triggered.
